FAQs

Effective June 1, 2024, there will be no copay charge for office visits with your Island Health Services and Family Practice Group doctors, including services like annual physicals and specialist consultations. This benefit is for Argus Health members with Preventive & Diagnostic (PD) and/or Home & Office (HO) benefits, and applies to the maximum number of visits included in your policy – for some, this is unlimited. When you visit your GP or specialist, simply present your Argus Health insurance information and the copay will be waived as per the terms of your policy.

The duration of this policy is currently indefinite; you will be notified of any changes.

You can enjoy no copay for as many visits as your policy allows. For example, if your policy includes four specialist visits per year, you can receive all four without any copay. Please review your Argus Health policy for details.

You can schedule your appointments over the phone or book online as usual.

Feel free to contact us directly if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the no copay policy.
